ABOUT MACHINES

Injection moulding machines

Injection moulding machine is an industrial machinery that is used for production of plastic components using thermoforming technology. Plastic material is melted, injected into mould, then cooled and ejected. During the cooling process material takes form of the product. This machine is also called injection molder, Injection molding machine, injection press, plastic thermoforming machinery, plastic press and belong to the plastic machines category. Usually they are equiped with some sort of manipulator, robot, robotic arm, conveyors, plastic dryer, cooling, tempering devices. We offer variety of used injection moulding machines for sale in excellent, great or good condition. Also we have variety of spare parts for injection molding machines and plastic industry, equipment, robots and drying, cooling and tempering units. Plastic product manufacturing is quickly growing industry.

Driving system of these plastic machines can be Hydraulic , Mechanical, Electric (electric press also known as EMT – Electric Machine Technology) or Hybrid (also called Servo-Hydraulic which is combined of hydraulic and electric system). Thanks to EMT is a production of molded components faster and more accurate. They are also known to be better for the environment as they less energy consuming, however they are used to be more expensive.

Injection press can be in vertical or horizontal position. We can also provide special 2K (and more) machines which has 2 (or more) injection units and can make products composed out of 2 materials. In general most of the injection moulding machines are horizontal. Molds are fastened to the platens with manual, hydraulic or magnetic clamps. Moulds are designed with cold runner or hot runner systems.

Injection unit consist of Screw motor drive, reciprocating screw and barrel and heaters. Main components of clamping unit are mold, clamping motor drive and tie bars.

When you are looking for your optimal and affordable injection moulding machine for your production it is great to look at our offer of used plastic machines for sale or contact one of our sale specialist to help you with search. This choice can be very cost effective. It is important to specify the tonnage (clamping force, power in tons) you are looking for as we offer machines from 5 ton to 3200 ton (mostly 50 ton, 100 ton, 130 ton, 160 ton, 200 ton, 300 ton, 350 ton, 500 ton, 600 ton and bigger). Also other important parameters are Screw diameter, distance X and Y between tie bars, shot volume, shot weight and year of the production.

We work with some of the most important manufacturers of injection moulding machines. We offer brands: Arburg moulding machines, Engel moulding machines, Battenfeld, Husky, Mitsubishi injection moulding machines, Krauss maffei, Demag, Negri bossi, Boy, Sandretto, Netstal, Stork, Demag ergotech, Ferromatik, Haitian and other. Presses

Machine presses is a forming press device also known as press – it is a tool that changes shape of metal by the application of pressure. There are different types of presses such as Hydraulic, Mechanical or Pneumatic machines. They can be used as forging presses, stamping presses, press brakes, punch press etc... The mechanical press uses a connected crankshaft that will cycle the ram. The hydraulic press works by using pressurized hydraulic fluid. They can also vary by their structure – Eccentric / crank presses, Knuckle-joint presses, screw presses, … and controllability – conventional or servo presses (electro-press driven by AC servo motor). Servomechanism has low energy consumption – the torque is converted via ball screw into linear force. This way the process of stamping can deliver higher tonnage compared to a mechanical press.

Press brake bends sheet metal into desired shape. They can have CNC controls. Stamping press uses die, press frame, bolster plate and ram. The most common mechanical and hydraulic presses are C-frame (gap-frame) and H-frame (straight-side). Important parameters are power (force, tonnage), table dimensions, ram stroke,…

When you are looking for your optimal and affordable press machine for your production it is great to look at our offer of used presses for sale or contact one of our sale specialist to help you with search. Robots

Industrial robots are robot systems used for manufacturing. They are programmable, automated and able to move in 3 or more axes. They are used for handling, painting, welding, assembly, packaging, dissasembly, labeling, palletizing, inspection and more. The most popular is robotic arm – Articulated robot that can be also called manipulator arm. They have several degrees of freedom. Other types are cartesian coordinate robots, cylindrical coordinate robots, spherical coordinate robots, SCARA robots and Delta robots.

Important parameters are Payload (also known as carrying capacity – how much can be lifted), Degrees of freedom (number of axes), Operating system, Working space (working envelope), Speed, acceleration, Accuracy, Repeatability (precision). They can have direct drive or gear drive (electric motors).

Robots can be equiped with variety of EOT (end-of-arm tooling) like grippers, MIG-welding guns, spot welders, welding torch, spray guns, grinding, deburring devices, vacuum equipment or magnets, sensors, etc...

Machining centers

Machining centers are important for production of metal parts and components as well as a die manufacturing. They are used in automotive industry for efficient and precise grinding and drilling of engine parts as well as for making dies for plastic parts. CNC machining centers feature automatic tool change function (or there is an operator needed on an NC machine tool). Main types are Horizontal, Vertical and Gantry types.

When you are looking for your optimal and affordable vertical machining centre, horizontal machining centre or 5-axis machining centre for your production it is great to look at our offer of machines for sale or contact one of our sale specialist to help you with search. This choice can be very cost effective. We offer brands: Mazak, Haas, Deckel maho, Hurco, Dmg, Chiron, Mikron, Mori seiki, Okuma, Doosan, Brother, Awea, Fanuc, Hermle, and others.
